WAY OF THE INTERCEPTING FIST: The English translation of JEET KUNE DO. This modern form of KUNG-FU was invented by BRUCE LEE. Based on WING CHUN, it was intended as a minimalist martial art, used to counter any sudden attack. It has no established forms and is best used in street fighting. (See also Kung-fu article).
